How we work.

Scoping call

We establish which service fits your situation and whether the scope is clear enough to proceed. Most scoping calls are 30 minutes.

Engagement agreement

A short agreement sets out the scope, deliverable, timeline and confidentiality terms before any work begins.

Delivery and handover

We deliver the agreed output and walk through it with you. All materials are yours to use, update and share without restriction.

Process mapping work session

Process Mapping Sprint

A two-week sprint to document a single business process end-to-end. Includes interviews with up to six process participants, a clean process map drawn in standard notation, an inventory of inputs and outputs and a short note describing where the map differs from the team's mental model.

Cycle Time Review

A focused review of cycle times across one business process. The work covers measurement of current cycle times, identification of three main contributors to delay and a written set of options for reducing them. Designed for back-office or fulfilment teams of fewer than 60 people.

05 — SERVICE THREE

Process owner coaching session

Process Owner Coaching

A monthly arrangement for newly appointed process owners who want an experienced sounding-board as they take on responsibility for an end-to-end process. Includes two scheduled calls per month, written notes after each call and review of any documents the process owner shares ahead of meetings.

  • Two 45-minute calls per month

  • Month-to-month, no lock-in period

What applies across all services.

Confidentiality

Client materials are not referenced in other engagements. A confidentiality clause is included as standard.

Written outputs

Every engagement produces a written deliverable. Nothing is presented verbally only.

PDPA compliance

Data collected is handled in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act throughout.

One business day response

Questions during an active engagement are answered within one Singapore business day.
