What size of team is a good fit for these services?
The Cycle Time Review is specifically written for teams of fewer than 60. The Process Mapping Sprint and Coaching arrangement work across a wider range, from small operations units to mid-sized back-office functions. The engagements are scoped to stay practical at that scale.
What does the two-week sprint actually involve for my team?
We schedule interviews with up to six people who participate in the process. Each interview runs 45–60 minutes. Between sessions we build the map and check our understanding. The final session presents the completed map and note. Most participants spend no more than two hours in total across the sprint.
Can we run a mapping sprint and a cycle time review together?
They can be sequenced — completing the process map first gives cleaner data for the cycle time review. We can discuss timing and whether running them back-to-back on the same process makes sense for your situation.
How does the coaching arrangement work month to month?
We schedule two calls per month at times that work for you. Before each call you can share any documents you want reviewed — process drafts, improvement proposals, meeting notes. After each call we send a short written summary. Either party can end the arrangement at the end of any month.
Are the prices fixed or do they vary by complexity?
The prices listed — S$540, S$120 and S$390/month — cover the scope described on this page. If a situation turns out to be genuinely outside that scope, we will say so before starting rather than invoice for it after.
Do you work with companies outside Singapore?
Our primary focus is Singapore-based operations. For teams in the region with Singapore-linked operations, a conversation is worth having. Coaching sessions are conducted remotely and work across time zones in Southeast Asia.
